United Impact creates positive alternatives that help redirect youth away from negative environments, violence, gang involvement, and potential entry into the criminal justice system. Through mentorship, structure, leadership opportunities, athletics, accountability, and community support, we help youth build confidence, purpose, and direction for the future.

Our diversion-focused programs are designed to create safe spaces where young people feel supported, heard, challenged, and empowered to make positive life decisions.

Our mentorship programs provide youth with consistent guidance, encouragement, accountability, and positive role models who help them navigate life challenges, personal growth, education, relationships, and decision-making.

We believe mentorship changes trajectories. Through real relationships and authentic leadership, we help young people develop confidence, communication skills, emotional resilience, discipline, and self-belief.

United Impact prepares youth for long-term success by exposing them to career pathways, entrepreneurship, trade opportunities, leadership development, and real-world life preparation.

We believe success is not one-size-fits-all. While college may be the path for some, we also support youth interested in trade schools, certifications, skilled labor careers, entrepreneurship, media, athletics, and workforce development opportunities.

Our goal is to help young people become productive, self-sufficient, and prepared to support themselves, their families, and their communities.

We help youth develop the leadership qualities necessary to succeed in life, school, athletics, business, and their communities. Through workshops, mentorship, team-building activities, public speaking, athletics, and community engagement, participants learn discipline, responsibility, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and accountability.

Our leadership initiatives encourage youth to lead with integrity, confidence, vision, and purpose.

United Impact believes exposure expands perspective. Many young people never have opportunities to experience environments outside of their immediate surroundings. Through cultural engagement, travel opportunities, international outreach, athletics, education, and leadership experiences, we help youth broaden their understanding of the world around them.

Athletics serve as a powerful tool for mentorship, discipline, leadership, teamwork, and personal growth. United Impact uses sports and community-based activities to create positive environments where youth can develop structure, confidence, resilience, communication skills, and leadership both on and off the court.

Our community engagement initiatives also include outreach programs, events, partnerships, mentorship activities, educational support, and opportunities that strengthen relationships within the community while creating safe and empowering spaces for youth.

The Lab is United Impact’s innovative development environment focused on growth, creativity, leadership, strategy, exposure, and transformation. It is designed as a space where youth can develop mentally, physically, creatively, socially, and professionally through hands-on experiences, mentorship, leadership training, athletics, media, education, and life preparation.

The Lab represents more than a program. It represents a mindset:
