United Impact Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through mentorship, youth diversion, leadership development, education pathways, cultural exposure, athletics, and community engagement. We exist to help young people discover purpose, build confidence, develop discipline, and create direction for their future.
Our mission is rooted in the belief that every child deserves access to positive opportunities, strong mentors, life-changing experiences, and environments that encourage growth instead of limitation. Through mentorship, sports, education, cultural experiences, leadership initiatives, and global engagement, United Impact works to redirect lives before negative systems, environments, or circumstances define them.
We believe youth development goes beyond the classroom. Real impact happens when young people are exposed to leadership, accountability, teamwork, culture, communication, responsibility, and positive role models who genuinely care about their future.

What We Do
Youth Mentorship
We provide mentorship opportunities that encourage accountability, confidence, communication skills, emotional growth, and positive decision-making.
Youth Diversion Programs
We create positive alternatives that help redirect youth away from negative environments and toward leadership, education, athletics, and community involvement.
Leadership Development
Our leadership initiatives help young people build discipline, responsibility, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and confidence in their voice and future.
Education & Life Skills
We encourage educational growth while teaching real-world life skills such as communication, teamwork, goal setting, leadership, accountability, and personal development.
Sports & Athletic Engagement
Athletics are used as a tool to teach discipline, teamwork, resilience, structure, and leadership both on and off the court.

We help prepare youth for successful futures by exposing them to workforce readiness skills, career exploration opportunities, leadership training, communication development, accountability, and real-world life preparation. Criminal Justice Diversion & Prevention
United Impact is committed to helping redirect youth away from negative environments, violence, harmful influences, and involvement within the criminal justice system. Through mentorship, structure, leadership development, education, athletics, cultural exposure, and positive community engagement, we provide supportive alternatives that encourage better decision-making, personal growth, accountability, and long-term success.
Our Impact
United Impact Inc. is proudly based in Clark County, Las Vegas, Nevada, where our primary mission and program focus is centered on serving local youth and strengthening our surrounding communities through mentorship, youth diversion, leadership development, education support, athletics, cultural exposure, and community engagement initiatives.
While Las Vegas remains the heart of our organization, our outreach and impact have also extended beyond Nevada through national and international engagement opportunities that connect youth through leadership, sports, culture, and mentorship.
Through community partnerships, youth programs, educational engagement, athletics, and global relationship-building, United Impact has positively impacted hundreds of young people both locally and abroad.
